Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! All fragrances by SJP Beauty are never tested on animals; all products are cruelty-free.

When will I receive my order?

Your shipping time depends on the delivery method you choose during checkout and also the country of origin:

European Union 72 hours after shipping
United Kingdom 24-48 hours after shipping
United States 4-8 business days after shipping


How can I check the status of my order?

Once you place an order online you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped. This will include your order tracking number. You can track your shipment using this number. You can also email info@sjpbeauty.com.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled if your financial institution did not allow the transaction to be completed or if the shipping address entered was invalid. To get more personalised information about cancellations please feel free to email us info@sjpbeauty.com

Why is my favorite product not showing on the website?

Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns. We are happy to assist in finding you a new alternate favorite. Please email us info@sjpbeauty.com

How can I change or cancel my order?

After you have clicked “submit order”, your order begins to process and you cannot make any changes to it. Our system is designed to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please email info@sjpbeauty.com as soon as you can with your request.  If you do not wish to keep the items once they have arrived in the mail, simply return them by following our returns instructions. It is important that you do not open the product as this will invalidate your return.

How do I return or exchange my order?

You may return your order to the address listed within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the order.
